Ja. Fable of Wolf and Owl triggert op het casten. En devouren doe je pas tijdens het resolven, als hij de battlefield binnenkomt. ("As ... enters the battlefield" is een replacement effect dat invloed heeft op hoe hij de battlefield betreedt.)
Je announcet Skullmulcher. Daardoor triggert Fable of Wolf and Owl. De stack ziet er dan zo uit:

trigger van Fable of Wolf and Owl
Skullmulcher
---BOTTOM
De trigger van Fable of Wolf and Owl resolvet en je krijgt een Wolf token. Vervolgens resolvet Skullmulcher en dan is het tijd om die te devouren.

als ik deze speel en ik heb een Fable of Wolf and Owl in het spel, kan ik dan nog de wolf token devouren?

Daar was ik al bang voor. Naja tot nu toe doet ie het redelijk als je er wat spawn tokens mee opeet maar maakt hem vanuit een warp wel minder leuk....maar daar zijn andere dingen voor

Devour werkt net voordat je beest in play komt. Op dat moment is er nog niets in het spel, dus kan je niets devouren.

If a creature with devour and another creature are entering the battlefield under your control at the same time, the creature with devour can't devour that other creature. The creature with devour also can't devour itself

Hoe werkt deze precies als hij + kaartjes zoals {elvish visionary} en Ondu Giant vanuit een Warp World vandaan komen. Mag ik de visionary en de giant dan devouren of kan deze helemaal niets devouren en is hij maar een 3/3tje vanuit een warp?

If you cast this as a spell, you choose how many and which creatures to devour as part of the resolution of that spell. (It can’t be countered at this point.) The same is true of a spell or ability that lets you put a creature with devour onto the battlefield.

You may sacrifice only creatures that are already on the battlefield. If a creature with devour and another creature are entering the battlefield under your control at the same time, the creature with devour can’t devour that other creature. The creature with devour also can’t devour itself.

If multiple creatures with devour are entering the battlefield under your control at the same time, you may use each one’s devour ability. A creature you already control can be devoured by only one of them, however. (In other words, you can’t sacrifice the same creature to satisfy multiple devour abilities.) All creatures devoured this way are sacrificed at the same time.
