Je mag inderdaad kiezen. Mazirek en Persist triggeren allebei wanneer je Kitchen Finks sacrificed en willen allebei tegelijk de stack op. Als controller van beide abilities mag jij de volgorde kiezen, dus kan je inderdaad eerst Finks terug laten komen en daarna met Mazirek overal +1/+1 counters op gooien (en daarmee de -1/-1 counter weer weghalen).

Is deze een combo met Kitchen Finks en Cartel Aristocrat? Of resolved de persister pas nadat alle creatures +1/+1 counters kregen? Ik dacht dat je dat zelf mag kiezen?

Mazirek’s last ability is a triggered ability, not an activated ability. It doesn’t allow you to sacrifice a permanent whenever you want; rather, you need some other way of sacrificing permanents.

If you sacrifice a permanent as part of casting a spell or activating an ability, Mazirek’s last ability will resolve before that spell or ability.

If you sacrifice Mazirek and other permanents at the same time, Mazirek’s last ability triggers for the other permanents.
