I agree with Jense that Firemind Vessel isn't one of the better options, and the suggested Gilded Lotus seems to be a good solution while still staying close to the effect of Firemind Vessel.

Personally I love the speed provided by Lotus Petal. However, if you are looking for something more permanent and having access to different colors is essential to your deck Chromatic Lantern may also prove to be usefull.

It seems that, due to the Oracle text not being up to date, the original Moxen are not on this list, but considering their current value I doubt this will be a problem.

Gilded Lotus, for one. But most mana rocks are better.

Is there a better version of this card ?
