Wanneer je een spell cast of ability gebruikt moet je voordat je de cost betaald de targets aanwijzen, dus ja, de creatures moeten bij het casten al in de GY liggen.

Stel ik heb Cartel Aristocrat en X andere creatures dan kan ik toch toch 
betalen (of (o) indien een van de X wit is) , alles tappen voor convoke, en terwijl deze op de stack ligt alles saccen aan de Aristocrat ?
of moeten alle targets al in de graveyard liggen bij casten?

Nee, ze komen terug als 1/1tjes. (Kavu Lair zal bijvoorbeeld niet triggeren)
Ze triggeren wel allemaal 3x, dus ze worden daarna wel 4/4.
Als je met deze kaart, 3x Bojuka Brigand terug haalt uit je graf, komen ze dan alle 3 als 4/4 in het spell?

Je hebt toch wel de Soldier met CMC3 die andere soldiers poept?

In M15 zitten amper 'White Weenies' die noemenswaardig genoeg zijn voor de archetype dus ik denk dat je te vroeg gejuigd hebt. 
Return to the Ranks is erg tof maar alleen als je toegang hebt tot speelbare weenies. Een Knight of Meadowgrain-achtig creature zou zeer welkom zijn bijvoorbeeld.

When using convoke to cast a spell with X in its mana cost, first choose the value for X. That choice, plus any cost increases or decreases, will determine the spell’s total cost. Then you can tap creatures you control to help pay that cost. For example, if you cast Worldsoul Colossus (a spell with convoke and mana cost XGW) and choose X to be 3, the total cost is 3GW. If you tap two green creatures and two white creatures, you’ll have to pay 1.

If a creature you control has a mana ability with T in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell’s costs. You won’t be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.
