In je draw step gebeuren twee dingen: Eerst pak je een kaart. Vervolgens komt er een rondje priority om spells en abilities te kunnen spelen.
Als je geen kaart kon pakken, dan heb je dus gelijk in je draw step al verloren, want vlak daarna krijg je al priority (en worden dus eerst state-based actions gecheckt die zien dat je verloren hebt omdat je geen kaart kon pakken).

bedoelen ze hier nou dat als je library leeg is, en je wil een kaart pakken in je draw face, je gewoon je beurt nog af mag maken? of hoe werkt dat priority receiven precies?

De hulpdienst over devotion is geupdate voor devotion voor meerdere kleuren!
Nighthowler wordt snel enorm met deze kaart en versterkt het effect. Heb wel zin om een deckje hiermee te bouwen.

Oh lachen. Ik ga meteen een casual deckje bouwen met 4*Slagwurm Armor en 4*Tree of Redemption en nog meer creatures met defender. Beetje in leven blijven en eventueel leven omhoog schroeven met die combo, en als iedereen dan denkt hoe je in vredesnaam kan winnen met zo'n deck deze droppen en een voor een je tegenstanders millen.

is zowel een blauw als zwart manasymbool, dus hij telt voor blauwe en zwarte devotion. Hij telt alleen niet dubbel voor Phenax, omdat het nog steeds maar 1 manasymbool is.
Als je Thassa, God of the Sea, Mogis, God of Slaughter en Phenax, God of Deception hebt liggen zal Nightveil Specter voor alledrie voor 3 meetellen.

Nop, helaas niet. Heeft iemand een linkje naar dat bericht van WotC?
Fu*k telt Nightveil Specter niet voor 6 devotion to black & blue? dat dacht ik namelijk! ik dacht dat die hybrid mana's voor zowel de ene als de andre kleur geldden (dus dubbel), is dit dan sowieso niet t geval?

If you tap Phenax to activate the ability it grants itself, and Phenax is no longer a creature but still on the battlefield as that ability resolves, no cards will be put into the target player’s graveyard. Similarly, if Phenax isn’t on the battlefield as the ability resolves and wasn’t a creature when it left the battlefield, no cards will be put into the graveyard.
