Soms heb je je groene mana ergens anders voor nodig, maar heb je bijvoorbeeld nog wele en rode mana open. Dan gaat je thornling ook niet dood aan een kicked Burst Lightning.
Bovendien gaan indestructible beestjes nog steeds dood als hun toughness nul is. Het werkt dus ook tegen een dubbele Disfigure
Wat heb je eigenlijk aan zijn laatste ability als hij/zij al indestructible te maken is?
Tegen -1/-1 counters wellicht, maar daar hoef je bij zo'n body toch niet echt bang voor te zijn.

Lethal damage and effects that say “destroy” won’t cause a creature with indestructible to be put into the graveyard. However, a creature with indestructible can be put into the graveyard for a number of reasons. The most likely reasons are if it’s sacrificed, if it’s legendary and another legendary creature with the same name is controlled by the same player, or if its toughness is 0 or less.
