Krijg je nog steeds de andere permanent als je de totem sacrificet in response op zijn ability?

Nee, helaas.
Beide permanents moeten aanwezig zijn (op het moment dat de ability resolvet), anders wordt de exchange in zijn geheel niet gedaan.

stel je voor, je hebt op het spel een Avarice Totem, en je wil hem gaan exchange, kan je dan nog met {=rats of the rath} jouw Avarice Totem destroyen en nog steeds een permant controllen? ik weet het namelijk niet maar ik denk van wel

Maar 5 mana is voor Reanimate wel veel 
Ik ben lang op zoek geweest naar een goede kaart tegen Leyline of the Void voor m'n reanimate maar deze doet het wel goed, zeker aangezien zwart geen enchantment-killers heeft...
Je vraag is wat onduidelijk 
Maar als je tegenstander een Totem heeft en jij Steal Artifact hem, dan wordt hij van jou. Tot je hem weer weg geeft natuurlijk Control effecten kijken altijd naar het meest recente effect. En als die tijdelijk is en wegvalt, dan kijken ze opnieuw welke dan het meest recent is.
Maar in dit geval, als je eenmaal de Totem geactiveerd hebt nadat je hem geSteal Artifact hebt, dan doet de Steal Artifact helemaal niets meer.
Wat nou als je deze onder een Steal Artifact legt?
En de Steal Artifact ligt ondertussen onder deze?

It is possible to activate this ability in response to itself and generate some odd combinations. For example, if you control this card and another permanent, you can use this card’s ability and target the permanent you control. You can then use this card’s ability again and target a permanent your opponent controls. The second usage resolves first and you get your opponent’s permanent in exchange for this one. The first usage then resolves and swaps your other permanent for the Totem so you get it back. The net effect is that you can swap any non-land permanent you have for any of theirs if you can activate this ability twice. Note that your opponent does get the chance to use the Totem in between the resolutions of your two usages if they have the mana.
