hoe ik het lees: nee.
Aangezien doubling season zegt dat als ergens een counter opgelegd word er 2x zoveel counters op gelegd worden.
Maar bij fading komt een kaart in het spel met een aantal counters er op. Ze worden er dus niet op geplaatst maar zitten er nu eenmaal gewoon op.

komen er 14 counters op met een doubling season???

Remove a fade counter from Saproling Burst: Create a green Saproling creature token. It has "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of fade counters on Saproling Burst."
When Saproling Burst leaves the battlefield, destroy all tokens created with Saproling Burst. They can't be regenerated.
