Ik neem aan dat die poster bedoelde dat ie zichzelf geen flash geeft als ie niet in het spel is en dus niet als instant gespeeld kan worden, maar daarbij vergat dat er gewoon 'Flash' op de kaart staat

Kun je die laatste zin tussen haakjes even uitleggen. Ik snap niet wat je bedoelt 
Wellicht ten overvloede: Abilities gelden alleen maar op de battlefield, tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. Dus Yeva moet wel op de battlefield liggen om haar ability te laten werken (ze kan dan dus automatisch niet je Commander zijn).

ik zie het volgende staan: "Yeva's ability applies to green creature cards in any zone, provided something is allowing you to cast them" Betekend dat dat je je commander uit de commander zone met flash mag spelen?? Alvast bedankt!

Yeva’s ability applies to green creature cards in any zone, provided something is allowing you to cast them. For example, if the top card of your library is a green creature card and you control Garruk’s Horde, you can cast that card as though it had flash.
