1) Nee. Je kopieert het gekozen target mee, tenzij er expliciet wat anders vermeld staat. Er staat echter alleen dat elke kopie een enkel creature target. Er staat NIET dat je zelf targets mag wijzigen of iets in die trant.
2) Door het splicen wordt het één spell op de stack. Hij maakt dus geen onderscheid tussen het effect dat oorspronkelijk van Kodama’s Reach af kwam en het effect dat oorspronkelijk van Blessed Breath af kwam. Dus ja, je kopieert de samengestelde spell die de effecten van beide kaarten bevat.

Als ik deze target met een Travel Preparations, en er voor kies om alleen op de ink-treader een counter te leggen, mag ik dan er voor kiezen om met de kopie wel twee verschillende creatures te targeten?
En, als ik een Kodama’s Reach speel en een Blessed Breath er op splice die de ink-treader target, mag ik dan ook Kodama’s Reach kopiëren voor elk creature dat ik heb?

het idee is voor Commander/edh.. alleen creatures is dan meestal niet genoeg in multiplayer

Deze is al de kern van een van mijn favo decks, modern deck waarmee ik op toernooien vaak ver kom puur omdat het zo veel disruptie heeft en dan in 1 keer alle creatures overneem om meteen voor meer dan 20 damage in 1x te doen.
Maar ontopic, je kan natuurlijk alle permanents overnemen met zulke trucjes maar ach waarom zou je, enkel de creatures is vaak al een instant win
Nee, dan zal je een combinatie van kaarten moeten gaan spelen. O.a. March of the Machines en Opalescence

Creatures jatten werkt, maar hij had waarschijnlijk gehoopt ook alle landjes etc. die door Word of Seizing gejat kunnen worden te stelen. En dat werkt niet omdat Ink-Treader Nephilim alleen maar copies maakt die creatures targeten.
Waarom werkt het niet dan?

Dat klopt niet. Je cast maar 1 spell met 1 target, en Nephilim triggered maar 1x.
/1/2006 If only one target is chosen, then Electrolyze is a spell with a single target and subject to effects like Ink-Treader Nephilim's and Shunt's. - Electrolyze rulings.

Als ik deze met electrolyse target, kopier ik de spell dan één of twee keer. ik denk namelijk dat deze twee keer de target wordt van de spell die alleen hem target, en dat zijn ability dus twee keer triggert. klopt dat?

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, if that spell targets only Ink-Treader Nephilim, copy the spell for each other creature that spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those creatures.

Ink-Treader Nephilim’s ability is mandatory and will create a copy targeting each possible creature whether you want it to or not. You control all the copies of the spell (even if you didn’t control the original spell), so you choose the order to put them on the stack.

Even though you control the copies, the ability cares about who cast the original spell when determining which other creatures that spell could target. If the original spell has a targeting restriction that refers to “an opponent,” the copies will see that from the perspective of the original spell’s controller. For example, if your opponent casts a spell that says “Destroy target creature an opponent controls” targeting your Ink-Treader Nephilim, its ability will create a copy for each other creature the original spell could target: the rest of your creatures. However, since you control the copies, all the copies won’t resolve for having illegal targets.

Ink-Treader Nephilim’s ability will trigger off a spell with multiple targets if all of those targets are Ink-Treader Nephilim. For example, Seeds of Strength cast with Ink-Treader Nephilim as each of the three targets will cause the ability to trigger.
