e is bepalen wat de cost is: hoeveel mana je nodig gaat hebben, welke creatures je wilt gaan tappen voor de convoke e.d.

f is het activeren van mana abilities om mana in je mana pool te krijgen: landjes tappen, mana-elfjes tappen, spawn tokens sacrificen e.d.

g is het daadwerkelijk betalen van de cost: mana uit je mana pool uitgeven, creatures daadwerkelijk tappen voor de convoke, e.d.

Je tapt ze NIET in e, daar zeg je alleen dat je die gaat tappen. Bij g tap je ze pas daadwerkelijk, maar dat kan natuurlijk niet als je bij f al gesacrificed hebt.

"Convoke is an additional cost, and therefore the decision on how many creatures you will tap to Convoke the spell is made when you announce additional costs (in 601.2b); however the actual payment of costs is made by tapping the creatures when payment is made, and this is after mana abilities have been activated. eenvoudig is het heel simpel uit te leggen

de spell wordt announced als ware, daarvoor wordt mana geproduceerd/tapped, echter beiden kan niet omdat saccen voor een responce/mana ability is en dat kan niet tijdens het betalen van de convoke vanwege de layers, waardoor je hem "zou" tappen alleen op dat moment bestaat het token niet meer zoals ik het een beetje interpreteer

zoals ik het zie tap je ze voor e, dan sac je ze voor f en betaal je de daardoor verkregen mana bij g. dan kan het toch gewoon?

Ja, ik zit het even uit te zoeken. Ik heb hier nooit zo over nagedacht eigenlijk, maar volgens mij kun je een spawn token niet tappen èn sacrificen.

CR 601. Casting Spells

601.2e The player determines the total cost of the spell. (...)

In 601.2e bepaal je hoeveel mana je nodig gaat hebben en welke creatures je moet tappen.

In 601.2f speel je vervolgens mana abilities om mana in je mana pool te krijgen, onder andere het sacrificen van de spawn tokens dus.

In 601.2g betaal je de cost daadwerkelijk. Geef je dus de mana in je mana pool uit en tap je creatures voor de convoke cost. Maar je kunt geen creatures tappen die er niet meer zijn.

als ik het voorbeeld zo lees wel, want er staat dat je eerst de te tappen creatures announced en daarna de mana cost betaalt en de creatures tapped. waar je ze vervolgens nog voor kan saccen.

Convoke is wel een additional cost. Een additional cost kan verplicht zijn (het sacrificen van een creature bijvoorbeeld) of optioneel (kicker bijvoorbeeld).

702.49a Convoke is a static ability that functions while the spell with convoke is on the stack. "Convoke" means "As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may tap any number of untapped creatures you control. Each creature tapped this way reduces the cost to cast this spell by or by one mana of any of that creature's colors." Using the convoke ability follows the rules for paying additional costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2e–g.

correct, eerst bepaal je wat de mana cost wordt, inclusief het tappen van de Eldrazi Spawn tokens, vervolgens betaal je de cost, wat dus het tappen van land/Llanowar Elves etc is, en het saccen van de Eldrazi Spawn tokens

en convoke is geen additional cost, want het is niet verplicht om hem te betalen
