Er mag helemaal geen 
symbool in de Oracle tekst van de kaart voorkomen. Het gaat niet alleen om costs.
En ja, dat werkt. Je kunt het "black" hacken naar "green" als je tegen een groen deck speelt....en dan zijn ze meteen kansloos, want dan moeten ze een Swamp sacrificen voor elke 
in de mana cost van een spell...wat ze niet kunnen...dus kunnen ze geen spells meer casten.

Dus ik kan hier gewoon een Mind Bend op spelen en zo meer op de tegenstander in te kunnen spelen?

Je zou deze kaart toch alleen niet in een 
mogen spelen als er ergens als cost op de kaart staat? Of zou het helemaal niet mogen als er een symbool op staat?
Het mag, omdat de Oracle tekst het over "Swamp" heeft en niet over . Op de Oracle tekst komt dus geen voor, dus mag je deze in een Commander deck spelen.

Zou ik deze kaart in een EDH wit/blauw kunnen spellen?
of kan dat niet omdat er zwarte symbolen op staan?

You have to sacrifice a Swamp for each black mana in the activation cost. If you use Pestilence with BBBB, that’s 4 activations with B each so you sacrifice 4 Swamps.

A hybrid symbol that is both black and another type is a black mana symbol, regardless of what cost is paid for it.

Activated abilities contain a colon. They’re generally written “[Cost]: [Effect].” Some keywords are activated abilities and will have colons in their reminder text.
