Ninjutsu werkt alleen vanuit je hand, en daar is de Necrotic Ooze niet. Dus nee.

Als je dit in je graveyard hebt xD, en je valt aan met een unblocked attacker, kun je dan XD Nectic Ooze ninjutsu-en, en *ten eerste die zou aanvallen* maar heeft het ook haste? zodat je kunt combo-en in de attack-fase (dat haste wel nut heeft ipv alleen taped and attacking)
