Vraagje m et snel antwoord (we zijn aan het spelen...) Ik heb de elixir overgenomen, als ik hem nu activeer, wat gebeurd er dan? Ik ben de controller, maar niet de owner. Gaat hij toch mijn library in? Alvast bedankt!

Hij gaat gewoon de owner's library in. CompRule:
400.3. If an object would go to any library, graveyard, or hand other than its owner's, it goes to its owner's corresponding zone.

Ik kan er niets over vinden, over die regel dat je hem niet in een andermans library mag shuffelen. Al zo het denk ik wel wat apart zijn als het mag.
De vraag is eigenlijk wie zijn graveyard in zijn library mag shufflen. Stel dat toch de bedoeling is de controller van Elixir of Immortality (en niet de owner).
Voor Elixir of Immortality heb je dan eigenlijk twee mogelijkheden:
* Ofwel de owner van Elixir of Immortality shufflet hem in zijn/haar library.
* Ofwel volgens het principe "een kaart doet zo veel als mogelijk" blijft Elixir of Immortality op de battlefield omdat je hem niet in een andere library dan die van zijn owner mag/kan shufflen. (Is er een regel die iets dergelijks afdwingt?)

Hmm, ja, volgens mij zou het moeten zeggen ''Elixir of Immortality's owner shuffles Elixir of Immortality and his or her graveyard into his or her library'', ofzo? Lijkt een beetje omslachtig, maar als het aan mij lag moet het wel duidelijk zijn dat het om de owner gaat...

Ik had begrepen dat deze kaart een erata had gekregen, maar ik zie dat hier niet bij staan? Of komt die erata later pas?
Erata heeft betrekking op het volgende:
Stel de tegenstander jat dit artifact van jou.
Stel de tegenstander gebruikt het artifact...
Moet de tegenstander dit artifact dan in zijn/haar library schudden?

Paying the activation cost of Elixir of Immortality’s ability doesn’t cause it to leave the battlefield. If you have a way to untap it, you can activate the ability multiple times in response to itself.

As the ability resolves, you’ll shuffle Elixir of Immortality into its owner’s library directly from the battlefield, if it’s still there.

If Elixir of Immortality is in your graveyard at the time the ability resolves, you’ll still wind up shuffling it into your library because you shuffle your entire graveyard into your library. If it’s anywhere else by that time, including in another player’s graveyard, it remains where it is and you shuffle just your graveyard into your library.

If you gain control of another player’s Elixir of Immortality and activate it, the Elixir of Immortality will be shuffled into its owner’s library and the cards in your graveyard will be shuffled into your library. You are considered to have shuffled each affected library (even if, as a shortcut, each player physically shuffles their own library).
