Als het goed is wel.
Als je de controller bent van de damage source mag je deze altijd redirecten naar de planeswalker van die speler waaraan je schade zou doen. En dan maakt het niet uit of het 'player' is of 'land's controller' of whatever.
Non-combat damage mag je redirecten naar planeswalkes.
Ja, als je non-combat damage doet aan een tegenstander, mag je die redirecten naar een van zijn planeswalkers.
Tja Tja, mag je met deze de schade redirecten naar planewalkers? Ik doe het wel telkens maar heb geen idee of het ook echt mag.

If the targeted land is an illegal target by the time Roiling Terrain resolves, the entire spell doesn’t resolve. No damage will be dealt.

The effects of the spell happen in sequence. By the time Roiling Terrain checks how many land cards are in the affected player’s graveyard, the land Roiling Terrain destroyed is (most likely) already in that graveyard.

If the targeted land regenerates or has indestructible, Roiling Terrain still deals damage to the targeted land’s controller.
