Dat is het toch ook? Zie de Oracle tekst. 
Maar ik neem aan dat je bedoelt, als het discarden geen additional cost was, maar onderdeel van het effect van Sonic Burst?
Als die dubbele punt een komma was geweest, was deze kaart best goed in burn 
Was wel mooi geweest, denk dat de kaart dan ook iets hoger zou staan als ' 0,25
Nee.
De tekst op de kaart zelf was niet echt duidelijk daarin. De Oracle tekst is echter al wat duidelijker. Als extra cost om Sonic Burst te spelen, moet je precies 1 kaart at random discarden.

mag je bij deze kaart gewoon 5 kaarten at random discarte en dan 20 damage doen???
