Geen van beiden. Library of Leng werkt niet in combinatie met deze kaary omdat je discard als onderdeel van de cost, en niet als effect.

You can't use the Library of Leng ability to place a discarded card on top of your library when you discard a card as a cost, because costs aren't effects.
Ik heb een vraagje over deze kaart in combinatie met Library of Leng.
Als je een kaart discard, wat gebeurt er dan;
1) discard, kaart boven op Library, draw a card (die je net had gediscard)
of,
2) discard, draw a card, kaart boven op Library?

The middle ability of Glint-Horn Buccaneer is a triggered ability, not an activated ability. It doesn’t allow you to discard a card whenever you want; rather, you need some other way of discarding a card, such as by activating its last ability.
