Correct in alle gevallen. Erebos is enkel op de battlefield potentieel een noncreature.

Als je deze met een Recurring Nightmare terug in play haalt terwijl je niet aan genoeg devotion zit krijg je hem toch nog steeds in play? Bij Animate Dead moest je devotion hebben omdat anders de aura eraf valt, maar RN doet er verder niets meer mee als die Erebos eenmaal ligt.
Ik neem aan dat hij gewoon als creature telt in de graveyard, maar ook in het deck voor dingen als Buried Alive?

Als voor het spelen van de Animate Dead je devotion to black 3 of meer is, werkt het. Dan legt Animate Dead Erebos, God of the Dead eerst op het battlefield, waarna Animate Dead Erebos wil enchanten. Dan ligt Erebos dus al op het battlefield en telt hij zelf (En de Animate Dead) dus al mee voor je devotion.
Als voor het spelen van Animate Dead je devotion to black minder dan 3 is, haalt Animate Dead Erebos wel even terug, maar dan kan Erebos zodra hij op het battlefield ligt niet door Animate Dead enchanted worden, omdat Erebos dan geen creature is. Als daarna state-based actions worden gecheckt, gaat Animate Dead je graveyard in, die vervolgens triggert en je Erebos laat sacrificen.
Edit: Ik blijf bezig met commentaar geven op Erebos. 
Kan ik Animate Dead op Erebos, God of the Dead spelen terwijl mijn devotion aan zwart minder is dan 5?
En mocht dit niet mogen, mag het dan wel als Animate Dead en Erebos, God of the Dead zelf zorgen voor de 4e en 5e 'devotion'?

Ja. Als Erebos een creature is, is hij ook nog gewoon een enchantment, en indestructible houdt exilen ook niet tegen, dus Erase werkt gewoon.
Dat kan, hij is dan nog steeds een enchantment. Geen van zijn eigen abilities zorgt ervoor dat hij geen enchantment meer is.
Kan ik Erase gebruiken om erebos te exilen? Ook als de devotion hoger is dan vijf?
Het is ook geen exile. Wat is precies je punt?

Dan kun je Do or Die er ook niet op spelen... 
(Maar inderdaad de Indestructible is onafhankelijk van hoeveel devotion je hebt. Ook als enchantment is hij indestructible.)
Wellicht dat hij in de veronderstelling was dat Indestuctible alleen geldt als de devotion bereikt is.
Hij overleeft het. Waarom zou de Indestructible niet tellen?
Wanner ik Do or Die speel en mijn tegenstander kiest de pile waar Erebos in zit, telt de indestructible dan of is hij destroyed?

The type-changing ability that can make the God not be a creature functions only on the battlefield. It’s always a creature card in other zones, regardless of your devotion to its color.

If a God enters the battlefield, your devotion to its color (including the mana symbols in the mana cost of the God itself) will determine if a creature entered the battlefield or not, for abilities that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield.

If a God stops being a creature, it loses the type creature and all creature subtypes. It continues to be a legendary enchantment.

If a God is attacking or blocking and it stops being a creature, it will be removed from combat.

If a God is dealt damage, then stops being a creature, then becomes a creature again later in the same turn, the damage will still be marked on it. This is also true for any effects that were affecting the God when it was originally a creature. (Note that in most cases, the damage marked on the God won’t matter because it has indestructible.)
