Absoluut. Fork is beroemd om zijn artwork omdat de artiest met het concept is gekomen tijdens het eten van een pizza. Little did he know.. Een pizza eet je niet met een vork.

Nope 
Storm triggert wanneer je je kaart cast, waarna het origineel + de kopieën tegelijk de stack opgaan. Op dat moment is deze Fork nog gewoon een Fork. Hij wordt pas een kopie van de Flusterstorm als hij al lang en breed aan het resolven is en dat is te laat voor storm om nog iets te doen.
Werkt dit met flusterstorm, dat fork ervoor zorgt dat flusterstorm wordt gekopieerd en dat daardoor de flusterstorm's storm ability wordt gekopieerd?
Hij kopieert de gekozen waarde voor X mee, dus de kopie heeft X=20. Speler Y hoeft daar verder geen mana voor te betalen.
De geforkte kopie komt bovenop het origineel op de stack. De kopie resolvet dus eerst. Speler Y doet dus eerst 20 schade aan speler X.

De volgende situatie:
Speler X speelt een Drain Life van 20 (inderdaad!) op speler Y
Speler Y speelt Fork op de de Drain Life.
Moet speler Y de additional cost van Xmana 
betalen of is het kopie gelijk aan de 20 die speler X heeft betaald?
Voor de zekerheid: wie van de twee spelers wint dit potje? het staat nu 20/20

De geforkte Blaze (wel de slechtste in zijn soort, maar goed) heeft EXACT dezelfde X-waarde als het origineel.

Als je ascension wel al online is (waar het wel op lijkt bij je vraag), krijg je wel een fork copy, waarmee je de spell wel nogmaals mee kan kopiëren.

Nee, Pyromancer Ascension triggert op het CASTEN van een spell.
Maar de copy cast je niet. Die leg je simpelweg op de stack.

It does copy the mana symbols in the mana cost for the card it is copying, but it uses its own color definition and not the one from those mana symbols. This is so it maintains its color just like the text says.

If you Fork a Spliced spell, the spliced text is added during the announcement of the original spell, and therefore is fully copied by Fork.

The copy will have the same mana cost as the original spell, but will be red rather than whatever color that mana cost would have made it.

If the targeted spell was kicked, then the copy will be kicked as well. If the targeted spell was not kicked, then the copy will not be kicked.
